This is my base. If it doesn’t taste just right, I usually add a
bit more ginger, sugar or lime. I usually double this and freeze in 8 oz glass jars.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
14 oz or 1 can of chicken broth
3 TBS brown sugar (or sucanat)
2 TBS plus 1 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of dried ginger (or 2 TBS of fresh grated ginger)
½ tsp dried crushed red pepper (optional, my kiddos don't like it hot)
Stir all together over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Freezes well!

YOU usually don't like it hot, either ;) This looks good. I've never thought of using chicken broth in my Asian dipping sauce. I love that this freezes so well!
Yummy!!! I *love* Thai food and peanut sauce...soooo good! :)
Your hair is lovely my friend. I know it's not related to the post...but, thought you'd like to know my thoughts anyway. :)
Love,
Camille
Stacie, you're looking so beautiful!! And all the children look great:). Aren't game hens so fun. A 7th use is to get the wishbone out and let it dry out a few days before snapping it with a partner. Fun ;) AND I have just been thinking about how I want to make Thai rolls again!! I haven't made them since San Francisco. So good and something to have on hand for munchies. xoxoxoxo
Hi, Stacie
I absolutely LOVE thai food and peanut sauce so I will have to try this sometime soon!
I have been catching up on your blog...OCD is difficult. I have struggled with it off and on for many years now. I say off and on, because some times it is not very bad and then at others, it is. I pray that God will continue to work in your son's life and in your own. I know He will continue to bring good from this; He has a history of making rainbows after storms.
God bless, A
Yummy! I need to learn how to cook thai food. Maybe you could give a couple of your favorite recipes here on your blog...(hint, hint:)
The only Thai recipe I have is for the fresh wrap rolls and the sauce. I would love to learn as well, Jenn!
thanks for all the sweet compliments my friends, you made my day!
Thank you "A", for your encouragement!
Sounds yummy!!
