Dressing Up!

Jessica is loving it, now that Lily is older. She is able to play dress up with her. I now have a little ballerina running around the house!
I thought she looked like a little pioneer in this outfit. She loves her babies! I hope she'll make a good mama some day.

Here she is swathed in a bridal veil from the 1920's. It really is pretty. It looks vintage, but the kids destroyed it right away. Now it is just for dress up. They even put it on me while I was cooking. That was a sight!

I just love this stage of childhood. It goes by too fast.

Oh, Stacie, she is a darling. Where is Jessica in all this dressing up? Is she still into it, or is she just into dressing up 'her baby'? I've thought of you a million times in the last couple days...my Mother's Day was lovely.

That is so cute. My daughter still likes to play dress up.

My daughter also loves dolls. But she also loves playing in the dirt. LOL

I can picture you wearing the veil cooking. Now I want to see you wearing it on the 4 wheeler to take out the trash. LOL!

Lily is precious, just like her Mamma.

Cute! I loved playing dress-up! Some times I think I still like to dress-up when everyone else is wearing jeans.

Oh, I could just eat her up! Hailey's starting to get into dress up, too. I can't wait for them to start playing girlie games together. I'd love to have seen you in that veil while cooking!

So sorry about your unsuccessful root canal. I'm praying they'll figure out a way to get you pain-free soon. Hang in there, sis!

HOW PRECIOUS!!! This makes me even more excited to see my baby get a little older. No doubt Sister will take advantage of every opportunity to include Little Bit in dressing up!

Also, Lilly has a WONDERFUL example of a Godly mama. I know only God knows the future, but I think we have every reason to watch expectantly for both your daughters to be wonderful mommies.

And...I read your sister's comment...an unsuccessful root canal? I am praying for you, too. Love you!

Jen, thanks for your prayers. Yeah, I've been dealing with this tooth for over two years now. I tried having a root canal, but it didn't work out. Now I tried having it redone and it they still couldn't get the whole way down because it was just too painful. They have now killed the nerve and they will finish it up in a week. After our vacation, they'll put the crown back on and hopefully it will be all fixed.
Thanks for the prayers!!!!!!!!
