Quick Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

Frosted Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup cold milk
¼ cup hot water
¼ cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 small package of vanilla instant pudding mix
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon of yeast

In bread machine pan, place ingredients. Select dough setting. When cycle is complete, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll into a 17 inch x 10 inch rectangle.

Filling:
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon

Spread dough with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting from a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 12 slices. (seraded bread knife works good if you put some flour on it). You will have to use a large baking pan. COVER and let rise in a WARM place (I use my oven set on warm) for 45 minutes or until size of rolls doubles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Frosting:
4-5 ounces of cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons of milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract.

In a mixing bowl, beat frosting ingredients. Frost warm rolls. I usually have the frosting ready to put on them as soon as they get in the oven.
