Stacie's Bread/Pizza Dough Recipe
2 1/3 cups of WW flour
1 cup of lukewarm water
1 TB butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 TB honey
1 TB gluten
Push WW dough cycle. When done, place into a greased bread pan. Let rise to the perfect size loaf (about 20 minutes or so) and then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
If you are using it for pizza, roll out immediately when dough cycle is done then make your pizza.

Okay! One more pizza dough recipe to try. This one better be good! I haven't tried any others from you, but people are always giving me their 'good' pizza dough recipe, and when it's made with ww flour it just isn't as good. So!..on to another try.
I like it half white and half WW. But when I'm trying to be good, I use WW. I agree though, pizza dough just isn't as good if it's WW.
I adapted this from a French Bread recipe. It's nice because you don't have to use eggs.
